I’m Amber Poma, a licensed mental health therapist with over six years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with adults dealing with generalized anxiety, depression, and trauma. My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process their experiences, heal, and build the resilience needed to thrive.

Through personalized therapy approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), stress management techniques, and mind-body practices, I guide clients toward their mental health goals, ensuring each step is at their own pace.

Roles & Responsibilities

The coach facilitates the coaching process by supporting the client in identifying goals, exploring challenges, and developing action steps toward progress.

The coaching relationship is designed to support personal development and wellness goals. Coaching services are not a substitute for mental health therapy, counseling, or medical care.

In addition to therapy services, I also provide Health & Wellness Coaching to support individuals in building healthier habits, improving overall wellness, and creating meaningful lifestyle changes. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, accountability, and achieving wellness goals.
